Puck Building Offices

Fusing existing historical and architectural details in this SOHO landmark, ed+b collaborated with Morris Adjmi Architects to create a modern and striking intervention.  Exposed brick vaulted ceilings, original cast iron and steel elements are open to view, contrasted with the subtle addition of blackened steel elements, glass and steel office enclosures, and movable steel partitions which enclose temporary meeting rooms in an otherwise expansive space.  Modern pendants, exposed ductwork, and precise detailing offset the art installations and the bespoke millwork of the open and inviting communal pantry.
