Corporate Penthouse on Park Avenue South

An emerging start up in the entertainment industry cemented their footing with over 16,000sf of offices on Park Avenue South with design by Brad Sherman Workshop / Float Studio. This gut renovation incorporated a new multi-zoned HVAC system, full sprinkler system, two new ADA compliant bathrooms. The fixtures and furnishings allow the employees a relaxed work environment with many small break-out rooms for private conversations and open area lounges for larger gatherings.
