When Hirschl & Adler Galleries decided to move out of their home of 33 years, they called essential design + build to construct the new space and assist in planning the transition between with project architect Evan Mann. The complex move from the historic seven floor townhouse on the Upper East Side to the one floor in the landmark Crown Building at 730 Fifth Ave was successful.
