Puck Building: Phase II Expansion

Fusing existing historical and architectural details in this SOHO landmark, ed+b collaborated with Marshall Shuster to continue the modern and striking intervention in this Phase II Expansion.  Exposed brick vaulted ceilings, original cast iron and steel elements are open to view, contrasted with the subtle addition of blackened steel elements, glass and steel office enclosures, and a walnut paneled gym add to the new amenities. Modern pendants, exposed ductwork, and precise detailing offset the art installations and the bespoke millwork of the open and inviting communal pantry.
