essential design + build executed the re-design and construction of this creative media company in collaboration with the client. The space was modified from a previous design by Atema Architecture that essential design + build constructed in 2001. Changes were primarily cosmetic, including the selection of new furniture, finishes and lighting. Additionally an internal staircase to the office suite below was removed and enclosed.
