Relocating to Park Avenue South, the creative team at Launch Squad worked with the design team at essential design + build to construct a lively and welcoming work space within a large loft-like setting.  Soft, vibrant furniture and large floor treatments offset a modern palette of sleek pendant lights and large communal pantry; color-saturated exposed ducts offer a visual interplay with existing historic interior elements: exposed brick columns, exposed concrete ceilings, and soaring window exposures.  The full-glass conference rooms reinforce the availability of light and space, offset by the prominent furniture groupings, vibrant fabric and strategic color blocks that create an invigorating and productive work space.
