building entrance, lobby and elevator cabs

As construction manager, we hired a NYC architect to work with us to transform this typical 1950s building into a modern, state of the art facility. Our scope included: a totally new building entrance, lobby and elevator cabs; a monumental exterior stainless steel awning; extensive exterior metal and stone work and all new signage for the building's retail tenants.
